Shipping |
- For all orders over a $150, receive free
shipping.
- No shipping charges for customer's picking
up their order in the Des Moines area.
- Orders are shipped once payment has been
received.
- Any items which are damaged during shipping
must be reported to Darn Good Soaps within 5
days of delivery date.

Returns & Exchange Policy |
- No returns or exchanges on custom orders or
holiday/seasonal items.
- If you would like to exchange an item which
you have ordered, we are more than happy to do
so as long as the item is still
- in good condition (i.e. not dinged up or
damaged).
- We do charge a 10% restocking fee. You will
receive credit which you can use on your next
order.
